Sela Roofing: Helping Protect Our Customers' Roofs Against Ice Dams
Sela Roofing and our team of seasoned roofing specialists understand that ice dams can prove one of the most relentless and serious threats to our customers' roofing structures in winter. An ice dam is an accumulation of frozen precipitation that develops along the edge of a home or office roof. These dams can also form around the perimeters of openings in the roof, such as vents and skylights. If left untreated, an ice dam can continue to build up water and moisture that will can eventually seep into openings on the roof and into the building itself, causing rot, mold and other often irreparable damage throughout the interior.
The crew of trained and certified professionals at Sela Roofing understands how critical ice dam prevention and management can be throughout the raw, cold months of winter. We've worked tirelessly to build our stellar reputation for offering our clients customized solutions for ice dam removal as well as handling all other roof maintenance requirements for both residents and businesses alike. At Sela Roofing Company, we can help take care of all your roofing needs, so you can focus on whatever winter festivities you enjoy most throughout the season!

I remember this one winter that it was snowing so much and it had collected up and it was too heavy for my roof. It collapsed in one spot of the roof and all the snow came inside. It was crazy to see and hear. It scared my whole family and it damaged a lot of my stuff.

I had problems with ice dams on my roof last winter. I didn't realize that they were forming until the water seeped into my house and caused some water damage in my house. I had to call a contractor to get rid of the mold and fix the water damage on my house. I haven't had time to get my roof repaired yet. I'm planning on getting that done before winter hits.

I just moved to a new city that is supposed to receive a lot of snow fall during winter. I'm not all that familiar with snow, so I want to prepare as much as I can. Maybe I should have a residential roofing contractor take a look at my roof?

We have an older roof on our home, and for the last few years it has done an alright job. This year however, the roof is starting to bow under all of the snow that we have received. We are hoping that we can have our roof hold out until spring time so we can completely fix our roof.
